This session is about 1.5hrs long and is tailored to your needs.

This session is for you:
-if you are an artist and something is blocking your creativity
-if you have lots of pressure, stress, overwhelm, irrational fears
- if you feel like you move in the same patterns and cannot change them
- if you recognize a certain sadness or irritation or pain that occurs over a long period of time and you can´t seem to shake it
- if you feel like something is holding you back from showing up fully as you, if you make yourself small or feel lost and with no direction
- if you have experienced events that left you puzzled and “not the same as before”
